Processing purposes and legal basis:
The data processing is carried out for the purpose of contract processing of the purchase contracts concluded between us and our customers and for information purposes for those interested in our products and services.

The processing of your data is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f GDPR to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party. Our legitimate interests consist in fulfilling the purpose of the contract and providing our services and advertising.

Data categories and data origin:
We process the following categories of data: title, name (first and last name), department, function in the company, address, email address, telephone numbers, fax numbers, contract data, bank details and IP addresses. The data from the data categories mentioned was sent to us directly by the customers and interested parties.

Recipient:
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties. Exceptions to this are our service partners if this is necessary to fulfill the contract, such as parcel and letter deliverers, banks for collecting direct debits, tax authorities, auditors or credit agencies.

Duration of storage:
The data stored about you will be deleted after the contract has been fulfilled, unless there are other statutory retention periods that conflict with this. Such data include commercial and financial data. These are deleted after ten years in accordance with legal regulations, unless longer retention periods are prescribed or necessary for legitimate reasons. If you revoke your consent to the use of your data, they will be deleted immediately, unless the reasons stated above speak against it.

Rights of the data subject:
You can request information about your data stored by us at any time or request correction, blocking (restriction of processing) and deletion of your stored data and its processing. If statutory, contractual or commercial or tax retention periods or other legal reasons conflict with deletion, your data will not be deleted but blocked.

Right of objection:
